Energy Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup of unfiltered honey
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds or whole chia seeds or sesame
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruit such as raisins
  • 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips – I use Enjoy Life Mini Chips

Instructions:

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Melt almond butter and honey in a sauce pan
  • Combine mixtures
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for an hour
