Sesame Chicken Sauce Toss


  • 2 mid sized chicken breasts, or .45Kg of chicken breast strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp water 
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil 
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch


  • In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and sesame seeds. (Grate the ginger with a small-holed cheese grater)
  • Pour over semi-cooked chicken or chicken strips for the remaining cook time
  • Can also be added to vegetables or beef
