Dairy-Free Recipes



• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsps alternative milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 piece of Naan bread – garlic and cilantro
• 1 tbsp vegan butter


• Preheat a skillet or 6″ pan to medium heat
• In a bowl, crack and whisk eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to preferable taste
• Butter one side of naan bread
• Place the naan butter-side down in the skillet. Pour eggs over naan and cover
• Cool for approximately 5 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked
• Remove fried naan from pan and fold in half
• Enjoy!

Optional additives :

• Dairy free cheese
• Bell pepper
• Mushroom
• Onions
