Glazed Carrots


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups raw baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp parsley

Instructions:

  • Prepare vegan butter, honey, rosemary, parsley, pepper and salt in a dish
  • Boil carrots to preference
  • Drain, and put back in pot over medium low heat
  • Add butter, honey and seasoning combination, stir well, let simmer in mixture for an additional 5 minutes
  • Remove from heat and serve
