Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
- 4 cups raw baby carrots
- 1/2 cup vegan butter melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp parsley
Instructions:
- Prepare vegan butter, honey, rosemary, parsley, pepper and salt in a dish
- Boil carrots to preference
- Drain, and put back in pot over medium low heat
- Add butter, honey and seasoning combination, stir well, let simmer in mixture for an additional 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and serve
