This one is fun because you can really mix and match how you want to make it.
- 1 1/2 cup of your choice of alternative milk – I like Vanilla Silk Almond
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1/2 cup fruit of your choice
- 1/2 cup quick-oats oatmeal
- Combine the ingredients in the blender for 2-3 minutes
- Serve immediately, enjoy !
