Breakfast Smoothie

This one is fun because you can really mix and match how you want to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of your choice of alternative milk – I like Vanilla Silk Almond
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1/2 cup fruit of your choice
  • 1/2 cup quick-oats oatmeal

Instructions:

  • Combine the ingredients in the blender for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve immediately, enjoy !
