Pancakes


Ingredients:

  • 2 egg
  • 2.5 cup vanilla almond milk or alternative milk of choice
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Vegetable oil to cook

Instructions:

  • preheat skillet with oil to medium heat
  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
  • In a measuring glass add milk, egg, and vanilla and mix
  • Create a well in the dry mixture, and slowly pour liquid mixture into it
  • Whisk well so that there are no clumps left
  • Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into skillet and cover for 1-2 minutes
  • Flip and cook uncovered for an additional 1-2 minutes
  • Repeat for rest of batter. Serves 2 adults.

** For less fluffy pancakes only had 1/2 tsp of baking soda instead. **
