Maybe less simpler of the DIY, this project give you an opportunity to bud your inner-wood-worker. As long as you can handle operating a saw without losing a finger (doh!), and some super basic math, you’ll be fine! Draw your self up a few trials of a print, don’t forget to add and subtract wood thicknesses to calculations, and away she goes bud.
- a mitre saw
- Wood filler
- A paint brush
I’ll even give you a hint if your bad at triangular calculations – your corners need to be 45°, and in a 45° 2 sides are the same. I.e. if side 1 and side 2 are 1-inch long, side 3 (the hypotenuse) is 1.414-inches long.
Once built, get some wood stain of your liking and stain away! Reccomended to wait at least 24hrs before mounting the gate.
